1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SnowPlowBroker.com (the "Platform"), operated by Collabos LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Platform Description

SnowPlowBroker is a booking platform that connects customers seeking snow removal services with independent snow plow operators ("Operators"). We facilitate the connection between customers and Operators but do not directly provide snow removal services.

Important: SnowPlowBroker is not a snow removal company. We are a technology platform that helps match customers with independent service providers.

3. Independent Contractors

All Operators using this Platform are independent contractors, not employees or agents of SnowPlowBroker or Collabos LLC. Operators are solely responsible for:

• The quality and completion of snow removal services
• Their own insurance, licensing, and equipment
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Any damage or injury occurring during service delivery
• Their own taxes and business expenses

4. Service Requests

When you submit a service request through our Platform:

• You authorize us to share your contact and service address with potential Operators
• Service availability depends on Operator availability in your area
• We do not guarantee that an Operator will be available for your request
• Estimated prices are subject to change based on actual conditions
• You agree to provide accurate address and contact information

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing displayed on the Platform is an estimate based on standard conditions. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual snow accumulation and conditions
• Driveway size and complexity
• Additional services requested
• Accessibility of the property

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept credit cards (processed securely through Stripe), as well as cash, Venmo, and Zelle payments made directly to Operators.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service request at any time before an Operator has been dispatched to your location. Once an Operator is en route, cancellation may result in a cancellation fee. If you cancel after service has begun, you are responsible for payment of work completed.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• SnowPlowBroker and Collabos LLC are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from services provided by Operators
• We make no warranties regarding the quality, timeliness, or completion of services performed by Operators
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for property damage, personal injury, or any consequential damages arising from snow removal services

8. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Ensure the service area is accessible and free of hazards not related to snow
• Mark or communicate the location of any obstacles, sprinkler heads, or sensitive areas
• Be available by phone during your scheduled service window
• Treat Operators with respect
• Pay for services rendered in a timely manner

9. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding services provided:

• Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
• Provide photos or documentation of any issues
• We will work to mediate between you and the Operator
• Final resolution may require direct communication with the Operator

Any legal disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings held in Pennsylvania.

10. Weather and Service Guarantees

Snow removal services are weather-dependent. We cannot guarantee:

• Specific service times during active storms
• That roads will remain clear after service (snow may continue falling)
• Availability during extreme weather events

11. Communications

By using our Platform, you consent to receive:

• SMS text messages regarding your service requests
• Email confirmations and updates
• Phone calls from Operators or our support team

Standard messaging rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time, but service-related messages are required for Platform use.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.
